The Rallye Rías Altas Club, made up of Escudería A. Ferrol, and the Escudería Coruña, organizes the Rallye Rías Altas Histórico, which will be held on 4 and 5 October 2019. This rally will be disputed in accordance with the provisions of the following regulations in order of priority:
a) The Common Prescriptions to the Championships, Cups, Trophies and Challenges of Spain, in what is of application.
b1) Sports and Technical Regulations of the Spanish Championship of Speed Rallyes for Historic Vehicles, as applicable.
b2) Sports and Technical Regulations of the Spanish Championship of Regularity Rallyes for Historic Vehicles, as applicable.
c) The Particular Regulations.
In case of contradiction between these regulations will prevail the higher rank, except in relation to the specific regulations of the Championships of Speed and Regularity that will not apply to each other and will not conflict in the application of the order of priority (cases b1 and b2).
The C.D.I. will be applicable in the general, procedural, claims and appeal aspects.

Spanish Rally Championship Speed for Historic Vehicles :
- Spanish Championship of Rally Pilots for Historic Speed Vehicles – Pre 81.
- Spanish Rally Championship for Historic Speed Vehicles – Pre 81.
- Spanish Championship of Rally Pilots for Historic Speed Vehicles – Pre 90.
- Spanish Rally Championship for Historic Speed Vehicles – Pre 90.
- Spanish trophy of Rally pilots for Historic Speed Vehicles – Category 5.
- Spanish trophy of copilots of Rallyes for Historic Speed Vehicles – Category 5.
- Spanish Trophy of Speed Rally Clubs/Squads for Historic Vehicles.
- Spanish Rally Championship for Historic Vehicles of National Manufacture -Groups 1, 2, 3, 4, N, A or B with a cylinder capacity lower than 1600 cm3.
